MADE London

October 29, 2012

Phew! After a tiring, but great weekend at MADE London over the weekend, I’m home.

We left on Thursday, before which, as usual there was the pre show stress – up till 3am working to get my stock together, but also as usual it came together in the end.

First to arrive and last to leave, we had our work cut out building our Made in Bristol set on Thursday…

After which we we settled in to selling our things and telling anyone who would listen all about Made in Bristol!

This was my display board…

…and some of the other beautiful things on offer from (left to right) Kay Morgan, Alice Shields, Esther Hubert and Rachel Foxwell

We had a great time, with some lovely comments from both customers and fellow exhibitors, a good few people getting their pennies out, and with 4 of us sharing the work load, some time to wander around and admire the other many talented makers showing their work.

Here are two of my favourites, starting with my new craft crush – Sophie Woodrow‘s amazingly mysterious ceramic figures …

And Porte-Bonheur de Wollie‘s super cute ceramic jewellery and tableware – whimisical animals, characters and a touch of the fairy tale…right up my street!

But no rest for the wicked, it’s back to the studio to keep going with all those Christmas orders!  As always you can buy myBearHands jewellery online from my etsy shop, or see where I’m next selling (to the right) for events, shows and fairs I’m taking part it.

I hope to see some of you over the Christmas season 🙂
